    What is 'My Games List’? 

    Occasionally, I receive a second or third title in 'My Games List’ before the first. Why does this happen? 

    I sent back a title but never got the next one in 'My Games List’.

    How many video games can I take out at once?

    This depends on which plan you’ve subscribed to, you can have up to one, two, three or even four titles in your possession at once.

    If you return one title back to us, we'll send out another title from your My Game List (the first available starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two games, then we'll send you the next two available games on you're My Game List and so forth.

       



    How long can I keep a video game?

    You can keep a video game or anime dvd for as long as you want with no late fees, or any other penalties as long as you are still an existing member.


    Can I change my game plan once set up?

    You may change your game plan anytime you want by emailing us and we’ll sort out everything for you, please note you can only change your plan once per month.


    How does a promotion work?

    We offer all new members their choice of either a free 14 day trial or a half price deal on any plan selected! For example a 4 game subscription normally costs $46.90 but for the first month you will only be charged $23.45! Also all members who are with us for 3 months will get a further $5 off on every 3rd month. Members on Plan C and D get a $10 off their 6th month as well as the usual $5 off every 3 months! Not only that but if you refer our services to a friend and they sign up as a monthly member then you will get a further $10 off your second month! Every friend referred means $10 off every month!     How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership at anytime by contacting us via email regarding the enquiry. Please note that you must return all titles in possession within 7 days of cancelling or you will be charged for the full RRP price of those titles.

       



    What day of the month will I get billed?

    Your flat monthly membership fee is automatically billed on the monthly start date of your member activation. For example, if your signed up on the 6th of June and your membership  activated on the next day then you will be charged from every month on the 7th.

     

     



    What payment methods does GameKingdom accept?

    We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard payments for our monthly subscriptions. You must have a valid credit card at all times whilst you are a GameKingdom member.
     

     



     What is your cancellation/refund/return policy? 

    1. Cancellation is effective immediately
    2. The Customer will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining unused time of the month.
    3. The Customer will be charged for any titles not returned to GameKingdom within seven days of cancelling.
    4. After cancelling, old members may rejoin at a future date but may not take advantage of our start up membership plan.

    GameKingdom will accept limited responsibility for lost or damaged games and reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and/or charge replacement cost if this is thought to be excessive. Damaged games and anime dvds must be reported within 7 days of receiving, any lost titles must be reported within 7 days to GameKingdom email, else the member will be charged the full RRP value of all titles still unreceived.

     

     


    How long will it take to get my title? 

    Once you’ve finished with a game, marked returned on “My Game List”. Your next title will be sent out to you normally on the same day or the second day at latest, delivery time takes between overnight for Auckland, 1-2 days within North Island or 2-3 days within South Island. Holiday periods will take longer as determined by NZ Post.


    How are my games sent? 

    All our Games are sent via New Zealand Post.


     

    Are there any places you won't ship to?

    We only ship within New Zealand to all areas apart from hotels/motels or any such related properties.

     

       



    I lost the protective case which the game arrived in.

    If you lost the protective case which the game arrived in, please place the game between a paper slip before placing it in the return envelope. Alternatively, email us, and we will send out a replacement, no problems!

       



    I lost the prepaid return envelope used for returning the game.

    If you lost one of our prepaid return envelopes then you can send the title together with another title’s return envelope, if you lost them all then please send the games in an envelope to:

    Alternatively, email us, and we will send out a replacement envelope.

     

     



    How do I report a shipping problem or a game that won't play?

    If you have any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival of your rentals, or an unplayable title, please email us immediately so we can fix it for you. We will respond as soon as possible to your query (usually 12-24hrs).

     

    Will the shipping envelopes say GameKingdom on them? 

    No, your shipment will come in a white envelope and will have a return address on it. The return envelope included will have our Freepost authority number and return address. Postage is fully paid by GameKingdom.

     

     

        



    What if I don't receive a game? 

    We understand that sometimes things go haywire in which case please email us located on the Contact Us page to report the lost title. However, repeated losses and theft of games will not be tolerated. We will have New Zealand Post Inspectors investigate the issue. If this becomes more than an occasional occurrence, we may be forced to suspend your account, pending an investigation by New Zealand Post and the fraud division of your credit card company. GameKingdom reserves the right to charge customers for game replacement. 

       



    What is 'My Games List'? 

    My Games List is the list of video games and anime titles you've selected to rent. You can update or edit your list anytime. Initially, we'll send you the first available game from you're My Games List. When you're finished playing one of the games you have taken out, send it back so we can ship the next available title from your My Games List. To add a title to your list, browse the GameKingdom site and click the Add to List button next to any title and it will be added to your My Games List.

    To adjust the priority of games, change the number in the Priority column and then click Update box. It's also easy to change the priority of more than one game at a time. Simply change the priority of as many games as you want and then click Update, the site will make all the necessary changes. To remove games from your My Games List, check the Remove box next to any game and then click Update. 

       



    Occasionally, I receive the second or third disc in My Games List before the first. Why does this happen? 

    When you return a game or have an open slot in your My Games List, we make every effort to ship your first choice. To help you get the most out of your membership, if a title in a higher spot is out of stock, we'll send your next available in-stock game. This way, you will always have great games on hand! So please keep your list up to date with at least 15 titles and above, better yet, add everything on the site to your list! :D

       



    I sent back a video game but never got the next one in My Games List. 

    Once a title you returned has been checked back into our inventory, you'll receive an email confirmation of its return. We'll then ship the next available title from your My Games List. You can always check the My Account page on the site to see whether we have received the video game you've returned. If 7 days pass, and you still don't receive a confirmation email from us, please use the Contact Us page to report it as 'already returned'.
